Emmerancy Concepts urgently needs an Administrative Assistant who would effectively assist with administrative duties and manage content development across our digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
Organize and schedule appointments
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Maintain the filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Submit and reconcile reports
Liaise with the Head of Administration to handle requests and tasks
Manage Content Development for our social media

Requirements:
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Ability to develop creative, engaging, and original content
Good interpersonal skills
Firm personality
Proficient in Google suites: Word Processing applications, spreadsheets, presentation software, and social media management tools is an added advantage
Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
