Job Requirement:
Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English _Chinese.
Computer typing skills (50WPM).

Age Limit:19 to 30
Rules & Regulations:
1- Organize the incoming Chats.
2- Build long-lasting relationships and trust with customers through an interactive communication. Identify and evaluate the needs of your customers to ensure satisfaction.
3- Use the appropriate techniques and tools to provide accurate, reliable, and comprehensive information during the sales process.
4- Meet call handling and sales quotas for the service team.
5- Respond to client complaints, offer suitable alternatives and solutions within the allotted time frames, and follow up to assure resolution
6- Maintain client interaction logs, handle customer accounts, and file
7- Excellent chat interaction management abilities and active and fluent English communicator
8- ability to prioritize, multi-task, and efficiently manage time
