Overview

Our organization is searching for an expert front work area representative to supervise all secretary and secretarial obligations at our primary entry work area. You will play out a scope of obligations including noting calls, dealing with the switchboard, and keeping up with the workplace financial plan.

Responsibilities

Greetguests and provide them with superb customer service.

Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.

Answer all client questions and incoming calls.

Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.

Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.

Requirements:
High school diploma or relevant qualification.
Prior or no experience in a similar role.
