Overview
General concept
The nurse is responsible of the overall supporting and providing the medicine according to the described examining of the medical doctor. The Nurse closely cooperate with the medical doctors . Under the supervision of the mdical doctor.
Up date the status of the patient with the medical report on the patient file Responsible of the status, dignity, intimacy and hygiene of the patient, Assume the parameter( temperature, RR, pulse etc..) and the treatment are clearly written on the patient file and followed. Take the parameter( temperature, pulse, RR, Blood pressure, etc) Inform the MA or the Medical Doctor responsible for any change of the status of the patient
Duties & Responsibilities:
conduct counseling for caregivers of all children, infant and Neonate.
Prevention of infections based on their status.
Triage the patients and provide first aid Manage shock including open vein and control of bleeding Wound care and dressing.
Provide daily report to a doctor.
Assess patient’s general condition.
Counseling with patient care taker.
Check vital sign on time.
Job Requirements:
Minimum three (3) years of experience.
Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
