We currently have an opportunity available for a Service Cashier. Qualified candidates will share our passion for great customer service and have a drive to go above and beyond the minimum standard.
Cashier qualifications
1.Ability to calculate sales and change quickly
2.Accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts.
3.Ability to stand for long periods of time
4.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
5.Excellent verbal communication
6.Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment
7.Attention to detail
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
Responsibilities
1.Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
2.Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
3.Collect payments whether in cash or credit
Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
4.Redeem stamps and coupons
5.Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
6.Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
