Job Overview
• Providing the best quality of service and assistance to the clients and guest (Field Based)
Duties and Responsibilities
• Visiting different locations/projects to market the product of the company.
• Preparing all the documentation for on-site product presentation.
• Participating in on-site bidding for prospect clients and projects.
• Preparing the actual sample of product requested by clients and its documentation.
• Attending meetings with the clients to provide assistance and support to client’s
needs/concerns.
• Providing support and assistance for end-to-end purchase of the clients.
• Preparing the quotation, payment request and other documents for every clients.
• Researching and making at least 2-3 on-site product presentation per week.
• Checking of balances or discrepancies for every client’s accounts.
• …and other task that concerns preparation, providing, performing and documenting for sales.
