Overview

Duties:

– Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
– Conduct initial interviews and assist in the selection process
– Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
– Assist with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientations and coordinating training sessions
– Collect and analyze HR data, such as employee turnover rates and attendance records
– Assist with HRIS system management, including data entry and generating reports
– Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars
– Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and answering employee inquiries
– Support employee relations initiatives, including organizing company events and recognition programs
