A Guest Survey Associate will be responsible for making outbound phone calls using automated technology, with the expectation of successfully transferring calls to a USA call center. You will be contacting recent hotel guests and conducting a survey about their recent stay.The skills needed to be successful include strong spoken and written English, proper phone etiquette, and strong listening and verbal communication skills. You must also be able to remain calm and composed in a high-pressure work environment. A willingness to be trained and mentored will also be necessary. Qualified applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent certificate, college graduate preferred. Prior experience in a customer service oriented work environment is a plus, but not necessary. Must also be computer literate and possess some computer skills. • Reaching out to businesses over the phone, email & social media to research what tools they are using, the details of their current service provider relationship, & recording if they are facing any common industry issues in CRM
• Market and share how ULTATEL has been working with existing clients to solve these problems and offering prospects additional information from an ULTATEL Specialist
• Keeping assigned businesses in CRM organized and up to date with information uncovered and activities planned
• Setting appointments for ULTATEL specialists to share additional information around ULTATEL and how we have worked with others if prospect has problem we can solve for them”
