- Working under the guidance of the Business Development Manager
- Facilitating health-related initiatives within the company.
- Engaging in the growth and enhancement of small-scale businesses.
- Implementing strategies for the development of entrepreneurial ventures.
- Cultivating and sustaining positive relationships with clients.
- Regularly assessing and addressing client needs and concerns.
- Maintaining comprehensive daily records of client interactions.
- Conducting analysis to track trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Offering sustainable solutions for both crop and livestock farming.
- Providing farmers with organic alternatives for agricultural practices.
- Securing and actively participating in presentations.
- Representing the organization professionally during public engagements.
- Collaborating with the management team in the recruitment process.
- Contributing to the hiring, evaluation, training, and development of Sales Associates.
Requirements / Skills
- Entry Level
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 0 – 5 years of work experience.
- Ability to create and generate leads.
- Good Interpersonal and team-building spirit.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills.
- Good decision-making skills.
- Must be a people’s person.
- Willingness and the ability to learn.
- Must not be above 28 years of age on or before February 2024.
