A fast-growing and innovative FinTech company is recruiting a highly driven and experienced Branch Business Manager (Sales & Marketing) to lead its Abuja operations. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies, and a passion for delivering business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Drive branch-level revenue and user acquisition targets through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Lead, supervise, and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Build strong partnerships with institutions, communities, and target audiences to grow market share.
Oversee the execution of localized marketing campaigns, events, and community engagement efforts.
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to executive management.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch while maintaining excellent customer experience.
Represent the company at relevant events and industry engagements within the region.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a sales/marketing or business development role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or youth-focused products is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or professional certification is an advantage).
