JOB ROLE: INSURANCE FINANCIAL ADVISOR

LOCATION: PORT HARCOURT.

JOB TYPE: FULL TIME

Job Overview

We’re seeking a smart and highly intelligent person to join our team as an Insurance Financial Advisor to help individuals and businesses understand and manage their financial risks by recommending appropriate insurance products, providing financial planning, and offering investment advice.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Meet with clients to understand their financial situation, goals, risk tolerance, and specific needs.

2.      Develop personalized financial plans, including investment strategies and insurance solutions, to help clients achieve their objectives.

3.      Provide guidance on investments, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other investment options.

4.      Regularly review clients’ portfolios and financial plans to ensure they are on track and make necessary adjustments.

5.      Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1.      B.Sc/HND/ND in finance, business, economics, or a related field is often preferred.

2.      Strong analytical, problem-solving, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3.      Goal oriented, empathy, integrity and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.

4.      A good understanding of insurance products, investment principles, and financial planning concepts is required.

5.      Previous sales experience will be an added advantage.
