Overview
State Property Realty is seeking a dependable and organized Remote Administrative Assistant to join our growing property management team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys supporting a team remotely.
You will be responsible for handling rental inquiries, posting and managing property listings, organizing tenant documents, assisting with lease agreements, and keeping records up to date. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure tenant communications and internal processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to rental inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
Post, manage, and update listings on platforms like Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist.
Organize and maintain digital records (IDs, pay stubs, recommendation letters, etc.).
Prepare and track lease agreements.
Assist in scheduling showings and tenant follow-ups.
Maintain spreadsheets and administrative workflow systems.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus.
1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience.
Experience using Gmail, Google Drive, spreadsheets, and social media platforms.
U.S.-based and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Skills Required:
Strong written and verbal communication.
Time management and multitasking.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote collaboration tools.
Additional Information:
Hours: 3 hours/day, 7 days/week (flexible scheduling).
Pay: Bi-weekly compensation, hourly based.
Work Environment: 100% Remote
