Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Computer Analyst / IT Professional to support our organization’s technology infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, maintaining, and improving computer systems to meet business needs, enhance efficiency, and ensure secure and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and evaluate current IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
Work with departments to gather system requirements and implement technology solutions.
Provide technical support and training to users across the organization.
Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of IT services.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including procedures, configurations, and support records.
Collaborate with developers, engineers, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations.
Assist in planning and executing system upgrades and migrations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a computer analyst, systems analyst, or IT support professional.
Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, databases, and security.
Proficiency in troubleshooting software/hardware issues and providing effective solutions.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and enterprise applications.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus.

Work Environment:
Office-based role with occasional remote work flexibility.
May require occasional after-hours work for maintenance or emergencies.
