- Monitor private events, ensuring excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints with a focus on resolution and loyalty.
- Actively pursue private event business from various sources.
- Stay updated on menu offerings, industry trends, and local events.
- Identify new sales targets and make cold calls.
- Partner with FOH Managers and Executive Chef on event logistics.
- Develop annual sales budgets and marketing plans.
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately.
