A leading FinTech company is looking for smart, driven, and target-oriented Channel Sales Executives to support its expansion in Lagos and Abuja. If you’re energetic, persuasive, and ready to hit the ground running, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard agents, institutional partners, and sales channels within assigned territory.
Execute field activations, campus drives, and community engagement campaigns.
Grow user base and transaction volume through channel partners and field sales activities.
Provide training, motivation, and support to sales agents and partners.
Monitor and report performance metrics, providing insights to the Branch Business Manager.
Maintain strong relationships with schools, student associations, and community influencers.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in field sales, channel/agent management, or business development.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with a track record of meeting sales targets.
Comfortable with field work and flexible schedules.
Knowledge of the fintech or youth-focused ecosystem is an advantage.
OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any field.
