We are an established, reputable private real estate firm and we are seeking an entry level administrative assistant for our Accounting department.
The right candidate will:
*be able to communicate clearly in English (both written & oral)
*have a pleasant demeanor & phone presence
*be willing to learn
*answer phones & direct calls
*greet employees & guests, keeping track of attendance
*manage kitchen & office equipment & supplies
*assist with data entry (mid-level Excel skills are a must!)
*offer assistance to all department members & take on whatever projects/tasks need to be completed
A sincere interest in learning about Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and reporting, will be helpful.
