Overview
We are recruiting for high-performing Field Sales Agents to help meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
You will be responsible for identifying and pitching product sales to potential customers.
Requirements:
• HND or OND degree in a related field.
• Previous field experience as a sales officer.
• Excellent networking and communicative skills.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and driven.
Responsibilities:
• “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.).
• Pitch products and initiate sales with potential customers.
• Create lasting relationships with customers and generate repeat sales through them.
• Highlight the benefits of various products and their advantages.
Salary: base pay plus additional bonus on target met
