Overview

We are looking for an Human Resource Manager to lead our business team and take responsibility of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, and development.

Responsibilities

•Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.

 

•Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.

 

•Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.

 

•Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.

 

•Carrying out necessary administrative duties.

Requirements

•BSc/HND in Business or Public Administration or related discipline.

 

•Exceptional communication skills.

 

•Effective leadership skills.

 

•Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
