Overview
We are looking for an Administrative/Technical Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
A successful Administrative/Technical officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative/Technical support and managing their queries.
Responsibilities include:
Track orders to ensure timely arrival.
Manage office supplies stock and place orders
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Maintain and update company databases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Update office policies as needed
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Schedule in-house and external events
Requirements and skills
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry or other related courses.
Young graduate with or without experience that is open to or willing to learn
As an added advantage, the following can be key to getting the role:
Proven work experience as an Administrative/Technical Officer, Administrator or similar role
Solid knowledge of office procedures
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
