Care for future foundation (CFF)is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Wash Project Coordinator. If you are passionate about making a difference in the field of wash and have a proven track record in project coordination and management, this is the opportunity for you!
Role:
As the Wash Project Coordinator/Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing our wash projects. You will work closely with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community members, to ensure successful execution of the project. Your strong understanding of wash principles and project management skills will be instrumental in driving the project towards achieving its goals and improving wash practices in the community.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic plans for wash projects, including setting goals, objectives, and timelines
– Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation
– Conduct assessments and surveys to identify wash needs and priorities
– Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources
– Monitor project activities and progress, making necessary adjustments as required
– Prepare regular reports on project status and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders
– Provide technical guidance and support to project staff and partners
– Collaborate with local communities to promote wash awareness and community engagement
Requirements:
– BSC/HND in a relevant field (e.g. public health, water and sanitation, international development)
– Minimum of [2] years of experience in wash project coordination or management
– Strong knowledge and understanding of wash principles, guidelines, and best practices
– Proven track record in successful project planning, implementation, and monitoring
– Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
