Classic Cars of South Carolina has an exciting opportunity for an experienced part time REMOTE Administrative Assistant. Receptionist/ Customer care. You will be responsible for various office support and administrative duties as the Administrative Assistant. This Administrative Assistant role is a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity.


Location: remote- all equipment provided by the company.



For example, the calls will come in from customers from auto repair shops, doctor’s offices, and many more with people wanting to schedule appointments.

•Your job will be to connect them to the correct person that can assist from within the company.


Answering Inbound Calls experience

Deep understanding of receptionist duties

Adeptness in Inbound and Outbound Calls

Experience in Administrative Assistance

voicemail messages experience

Preparing Payroll

Handling mail
