We are looking for ambitious, energetic and performance driven individuals to fill the role of Sales Executive in our company
General Duties and Responsibilities
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and face to face.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals to prospects.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Participating in sales team meetings.
· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
· Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
· Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
· Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with technical team
Requirements and skills
Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Information Technology or any other related studies.
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Proficiency in English Language
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
