Overview

Duties:
– Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
– Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
– Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
– Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls
– Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
– Assist with customer support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
– Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
– Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, updating project status, and preparing reports
– Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed

Skills:
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
