✅ Minimum Requirements:
📜 NCR-Recognised Debt Counselling Certificate
🧠 2+ Years of Proven Experience in Debt Counselling
💻 Proficiency in Simplicity and Hyphen platforms
🔍 Key Competencies:
✔ In-depth understanding of debt review processes and NCR compliance
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Exceptional organisational ability and attention to detail
✔ Self-motivated, proactive, and a collaborative team player
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate debt proposals in line with company policies and stakeholder interest
Approve or decline proposals within mandate; escalate complex cases
Handle queries from Debt Counsellors and PDAs professionally
Recommend and coordinate legal action when necessary
Respond promptly to regulatory correspondence
Manage and assess termination of debt review when applicable
Supervise legal portfolios to ensure optimal recovery
Process reconciliations and payments efficiently
Collaborate on business rescue matters with legal advisors
Achieve set performance metrics including delinquency and recovery targets
Maintain compliance and ethical standards in all engagements
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
