We are currently looking for REGIONAL ASSOCIATES to Represent us at trade shows or Exhibitions.
JOB TITLE: Regional associates
Job type: Contract
work location: On- site (United Kingdom (London))
Salary range: 20 British Pounds per hour
working hours: 5 hours at Each Event/ Trade Show
**Job description/Summary**
Attend designated trade shows in person on our behalf, as our exclusive representative. we will provide information about which trade show you should attend. During your attendance,your responsibility includes:
-Engaging with each 50 booths in the span of 5 hours and interacting with visitors
-Distributing our business cards and flyers to all relevant parties.
-Collecting business cards from the exhibitors you interacted with.
-capturing photographs of their stands
-Obtaining an exhibitor list from the official show guide
-Scanning all collected business cards using our designated app and prompt ly submitting them to us..
-submitting the show guide and stand photos via our software which will be provided to you

-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
-Professional appearance and demeanor.
-Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility.
-Excellent organizational skills to manage collected data efficiently.
-Technologically savvy with the ability to use designated mobile apps.
-Ability to work independently and represent [Your Company Name] with professionalism.
-Prior experience in trade show representation is a plus but not required
