*Responsibilities*
-Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
-Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
-Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
-Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
-Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
-Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
-Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

*Qualifications*
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Tech, Marketing or other related disciplines.
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
-Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
-Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
-Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
-Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
-Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
-Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
