EKURHULENI ELECTRONICS is seeking an Office Admin/Receptionist.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Refers queries / problems to the relevant people.
• Refers customer queries where applicable.
• General office admin: typing, filing, faxing, ordering stationery, repair fax machine, organze tea when necessary, sort out mail receive deliveries.
• Assist sales department where possible i.e. faxing, filing.
• Manage COD payments
• Conduct the banking if required
• Manage reception perform general office functions and all related admin.
• Manage the office/factory cleaning staff
• Operate switchboard: receiving incoming calls, message management, and transferring calls.
• Ensure photocopiers’ supplies are ordered
• Match and oversees creditors to GRN’s
• Ensure stationary levels are up to date
• Handle all office orders and supplies
• General admin tasks
Desired Experience & Qualification
Administration Diploma or related qualification
A minimum of 1 year office admin Experience in manufacturing environment would be to the applicant’s advantage
English Writing and Grammar
Working well under pressure, honesty, high accuracy, good communication, good customer service,
Starting salary R13000 plus benefits.
