Overview

Responsibilities:

·         Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

·         Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, manage leads, and track sales activities in a CRM system.

·         Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

·         Provide regular sales reports to management and executive leadership.

·         Deliver exceptional customer service by providing prompt and accurate information, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

·         Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

·         Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to maintain an in-depth understanding of our offerings and competitive landscape.

·         Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote company products and services.

·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in prospective and existing accounts.
