• Handling walk-in and telephonic inquiries
• Should have a minimum of 1 year experience in the end-to-end counseling process.
• Interact with all types of enquiries like Calls, Emails, Chats, and Direct walk-ins & counsel them for taking admission in our Online and Offline courses.
• Counsel students about different courses.
• Converting Walk-ins into Admissions.
• Resolving student’s Queries Relating to the Course.
• Managing the complete admission process and helping students to choose the right course.
• The candidate should have good communication, convincing, and counseling Skills.
