JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • We train, certify, and mentor agents in a worker’s compensation process that helps them achieve these goals.
  • We are looking for a salesperson to determine prospective clients and help grow our community.
  • The sales representative will work diligently to identify leads and educate prospects on the Institute’s offerings through calls and presentations.
  • Sales will be made via phone, mail, and web meetings, not by visiting prospects in person.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
  • Track all sales activities in company CRM and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
  • Author regular marketing letters and emails Generate referrals from current clients Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Communicate with colleagues and needed resources
  • Selling products to existing members
    QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Min 2 years of sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated and self-managing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite Familiarity with G-Suite
  • Ability to organize and prioritize calendar with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Experience in the insurance industry is helpful but not required
