- We are looking for a salesperson to determine prospective clients and help grow our community.
- The sales representative will work diligently to identify leads and educate prospects on the Institute’s offerings through calls and presentations.
- Sales will be made via phone, mail, and web meetings, not by visiting prospects in person.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
- Track all sales activities in company CRM and keep current by updating account information regularly.
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
- Author regular marketing letters and emails Generate referrals from current clients Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Communicate with colleagues and needed resources
- Selling products to existing members
- Min 2 years of sales experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated and self-managing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite Familiarity with G-Suite
- Ability to organize and prioritize calendar with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Experience in the insurance industry is helpful but not required
