Overview

An executive assistant is tasked with answering phones, screening visitors, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, filing and organizing documents, recording meeting minutes, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

•Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
•Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
•Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
•Make travel and accommodation arrangements.

•Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.

•Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.

Requirements

•High school diploma.
•Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
•Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
•A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
•Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
