Overview

Assist the Sales Consultants to check data accuracy in Customer Purchase orders and invoices and resolving issues and complaints
Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customers’ needs
Contact clients or internal divisions to obtain missing information or to answer queries.
Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely services and to resolve customer complaints or queries.
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Communicate important feedback from customers internally and ensure any action items are assigned and completed.
Support duties of sales department as instructed by the Mining Admin Manager
Provide support to the sales consultants by way of following up on Debtors and outstanding Payments.
Service needs of existing clients (non-contractual) and respond to news sales enquirers by initiating the process and directing to the relevant sales consultant
Assess and identify customers’ needs on a continuous basis
Support on tender compilation and administration
General office support, filing, archiving, follow ups etc
Any other reasonable duty as required or requested by management.
It should be noted that individuals may need to expand their roles / scope to cover the workload of other employees in times of high workloads or individuals who may be absent from work. This is the sole discretion of management.
