  • Working under the guidance of the Business Development Manager
  • Facilitating health-related initiatives within the company.
  • Engaging in the growth and enhancement of small-scale businesses.
  • Implementing strategies for the development of entrepreneurial ventures.
  • Cultivating and sustaining positive relationships with clients.
  • Regularly assessing and addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Maintaining comprehensive daily records of client interactions.
  • Conducting analysis to track trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Offering sustainable solutions for both crop and livestock farming.
  • Providing farmers with organic alternatives for agricultural practices.
  • Securing and actively participating in presentations.
  • Representing the organization professionally during public engagements.
  • Collaborating with the management team in the recruitment process.
  • Contributing to the hiring, evaluation, training, and development of Sales Associates.

Requirements / Skills

  • Entry Level
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • 0 – 5 years of work experience.
  • Ability to create and generate leads.
  • Good Interpersonal and team-building spirit.
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • Must be a people’s person.
  • Willingness and the ability to learn.
  • Must not be above 28 years of age on or before February 2024.
