Job Description:
We are seeking a Native Korean Customer Service Representative to support our healthcare project. The role involves assisting Korean-speaking customers with inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing information on healthcare services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally.
Provide accurate information about healthcare services.
Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
National Diploma or Bachelor Degree
Native Korean speaker with fluent English.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
