Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Health Strategy and Delivery Foundation. The Registered Nurse will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by providing high-quality patient care, implementing health promotion initiatives, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.

Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to develop and implement health promotion initiatives.
Collaborative Care:

Work collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress, develop care plans, and address patient needs holistically.
Advocate for patients and serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Documentation and Compliance:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes, in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Adhere to established protocols, guidelines, and quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to evidence-based practice guidelines.
Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited nursing program (Master’s degree preferred).
