• Interacting with assigned leads/clients to understand their property requirement in detail via Phone
• Fix up an Face to Face meeting for better understanding of client requirement and To advise suitable options
• Maintain and develop relationships with new & existing customers in person and via telephone calls,chat and emails
• Lineup site inspection/visits for shortlisted/suitable options as advised on Face to Face meeting
• Maintain good relationship with Developer employees to ensure the client get the proper info like Features,Specifications,Pricing and Availability at the time of site visit
• Should have quality to engage and build strong relationship with customers from the enquiry to property registration
• Get updated about exciting & upcoming projects,industry developments,schemes,govt.subsidies,housing loan benefits for home buyers
• Prepare and Maintain on Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports in the shared formats
• Achieving Sales targets and Adhere organisation policies religiously
• Maintains quality service for clients and Developers by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Identify new projects/inventory to add on exciting inventory
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills, Qualification & Experience:-
• Excellent Communication and Good Negotiation Skills
• Any Degree/Diploma
• Min. One year Sales/Marketing experience in any industry.
• Two wheeler is required
• Candidate should able to do field work
• Monday will be week off
• Salary is depends on interview performance and current CTC
• Apart from salary huge incentives will be there
