**Job Description:**
As a Collection Officer, you will be responsible for contacting clients who have overdue loan payments. Your primary objective will be to negotiate repayment plans, provide financial guidance, and maintain positive relationships with clients while adhering to company policies and regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**

– Negotiating repayment terms and options that align with clients’ financial capabilities.
– Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
– Documenting all communication and payment arrangements accurately in the system.
**Requirements:**
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
