Responsibilities:
– Make confirmation calls to customers following their orders on our website.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication during the confirmation calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of call interactions and order confirmations.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize call center operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
– Fluent in English. 
- Advanced level of proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, adaptable mindset.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order processing is a plus.
