Overview

§ Draft project documentation including but not limited to technical/ user manuals, design reports monthly progress reports, QA or QC sheets etc.
§ Inventory management in coordination with technical teams
§ Prepare draft for approvals for project activities (procurement, hiring etc)
§ Manage procurement activities including placement, revisions, tracking & payments
§ Reconcile monthly financial statements with finance department
§ Maintain project document versions on data server
§ Prepare project presentations as and when required
§ HRM (Float Ads, Manage Hiring Processes & Generate monthly salaries from database)
