AVAILABLE POSITION: ONSHORE CREW COORDINATOR
REQUIREMENTS:
Apply if you’re in your 3rd year/ final year
FHR, UNASAT or IBW Students
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the planning, resourcing, and deployment of competent personnel to worksites are managed in line with company processes and policies
Coordinate and organize, flights, travel, and accommodation for offshore personnel in line with
company policies.
Ensure personnel is engaged in accordance with company procedures and processes.
Maintain offshore employees’ personal information accurately in the department database as required.
Undertake general administration duties to support the department
To participate in On-call responsibilities on a regular rotated basis.
Participate in, provide support, and maintain good communication with team members
