Job description:
Conduct tele-sales activities to generate leads and acquire new business opportunities.
Identify potential clients and reach out to them through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Present Justdial’s products and services to prospective clients and explain their benefits.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business growth.
Stay updated with industry developments and competitors’ activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
Prior experience in tele-sales or business development is a plus, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
