Our Client, a newly established construction company with operational office on the mainland is looking to engage brilliant, knowledgeable and competent Quantity Surveyor into its construction team.

 

The ideal candidate would be an intellectually sound graduate of Quantity Surveying with proven practical experience on complex bills for civil works and building projects that is willing to develop and endure in a stable career under a long-term-planning construction company.

Qualifications

•          First Degree in Quantity Surveying

•          Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in BOQs for Construction Projects

•          Experience in On-Site Project Cost Supervision

•          Sound Knowledge of Construction Process

•          Extensive Market Knowledge of Construction Material and Products

•          Proficiency in Excel and other Construction Cost Management Softwares

•          Professional Qualification (NIQS Registration) will be added advantage

•          Age: 27 – 35 Years

 

Duties

Main duties are the basic responsibilities of a Quantity Surveyor covering both pre-construction cost estimation and on-site project cost management.

 

Major goal of the role is the delivery of project within projected bill of quantities and where possible, effective cost minimisation without compromise of quality specifications.
