Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving the sales process by combining technical expertise with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a deep understanding of our products and services, and the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to clients.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and determine a new market for the Company.

2. Identifying and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.

3. Driving sales initiatives and achieving desired targets with overall responsibility of ROI and exploring marketing avenues to build consumer preference & drive volumes

4. Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major accounts including corporate clients, Industrial clients, etc.

5. Build an accurate and effective database of current and potential clients.

6. Maintain accurate and up to date information on competition performance, sales & marketing strategy etc.

7. Develop a comprehensive market mix guideline and ensure sales as per those targets.

8. Identify key customer needs through formal research, survey, sales calls & meetings.

9. Field work and client meetings

10. As a Sales Engineer you will be responsible for the sales of the products in the assigned market.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in [Engineering/Mechanical/related field].

1-3 years  in a technical sales or sales engineering role.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business and technology.
