DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generating leads.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, e-mails, and references.
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports, call logs, e-mail logs, and appointment logs
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential
for new products and services.
• Creating marketing material e-mails, promotions etc.
• Giving sales presentations, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective
customers
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
• Online rating Google and Facebook reviews.
• Maintaining client records.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Look for and fill out tenders.
• Continuously improve through feedback
