Overview

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (minimum requirement) OR Master’s degree with a focus on Accounting.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Conduct tax planning and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Manage and file tax returns accurately and on time.
Collaborate with internal teams to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
Monitor financial transactions and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated with changes in accounting and tax laws/regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Support internal and external audits as needed.
Skills and Experience:

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Familiarity with tax laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
