Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Your role involves providing exceptional service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will also collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications:
– at least 18yrs old
– highschool graduate(old curriculum)/senior highschool graduate (new curriculum)
– above average english communication skills
– good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
– typing speed of 25-30 wpm
