📢 VACANCY: OFFICE MANAGER (LAFIA, NASARAWA STATE)

 

Our client is a forward-thinking technology and operations company and it is seeking to hire a competent Office Manager to oversee and coordinate its operations in Lafia, Nasarawa State.

This is an exciting opportunity for an intelligent, driven, and versatile professional with a strong blend of accounting, HR, and project management skills to play a key role in our Nasarawa operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
Handle basic financial and accounting duties, including expense tracking, petty cash management, and report generation.
Oversee HR functions such as recruitment support, staff records, attendance, and welfare.
Coordinate and support project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
Serve as liaison between the Lafia office and head office for reporting and updates.
Ensure smooth execution of field activities and local engagements.
Maintain a well-organized, efficient, and professional work environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or any related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in office administration, finance, or HR.
Prior experience in a multi-functional role, especially in a start-up or growing company, is an added advantage.
Must be resident in Lafia or willing to relocate to Lafia, (Nasarawa State) at his/her own expense.

Excellent project coordination and multitasking ability.
HR and personnel management knowledge.
Highly intelligent, resourceful, and innovative.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
