NGENI IO LIMITED aka NGENI Developers, East AfriKa’s largest web3 developer studio is looking for experienced business developers from Uganda to join and train with their experienced developers at their new office in Kampala, Uganda.

ABOUT NGENI
NGENI is pure-play and largest Blockchain & Web3 development engineering Studio with a 70-plus-person team. The studio recruits and trains business developers into the best developers across East Afrika, and today has twenty-five (25) talented developers, at our Kilimani Headquarters Nairobi,Kenya.We are soon expanding and opening up an office in Kampala, Uganda and we are looking for enthusiastic business developers directly from Uganda to join our experienced developer team.
The selected candidate(s) will undergo training with the NGENI senior business developer who will come directly from our HQ in Kilimani, Nairobi Kenya. Training will take place at Ngeni labs Kampala, kikaaya Road; Kisaasi-Kampala where accommodation will be provided.

To ensure your success as a business developer at NGENI, you should have vast and proven work experience, can work well with a team, have excellent communication skills, proper attention to detail, are well disciplined enough to work in a competitive environment, and can operate under pressure and deliver on time.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree in business, IT,economics and marketing or a related field.
Atleast 1yr experience in business development.
Generate new leads and build relevant relationships with existing customers.
Understand philanthropic trends across states to pinpoint feasible markets and potential stakeholders.
Practical communication skills,including public speaking,presentation and writing
Some knowledge of web3 and blockchain will be an added advantage.
Partner with other team members of the development team in creation and implementation of operational and strategic marketing
Should be based in Uganda
Knowledge on freelancing platforms is a plus
