German Speaking Customer Service Specialist

$1,400 per month

Full Time

Contract: – Unlimited contract, offering long-term stability. Operating Hours: – Monday to Friday, with two shift options: 09:00 – 17:00 or 10:00 – 18:00 (German time).

Work Environment: – Office-based initially, transitioning to a hybrid model after 3 months for high-performing team members who meet performance requirements.

Relocation Package (for office-based work only): – Flight to Athens. – Taxi pick-up from the airport. – Airbnb accommodation provided for 4 weeks.

– Assistance in issuing necessary hiring documents.

Additional Information: – This role involves providing advisory services in German to clients, requiring excellent language proficiency and communication skills.

Salary Benefits: Performance Bonus: – Up to 10% bonus based on performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) after the initial 3 months (to be paid on the 4th month). Benefits: – Private Medical insurance (Generali) from the hire date. – 5 euros per working day provided through the Up Hellas Card. Requirements; Proficiency in C2 German and C1 English (both written and verbal). Candidates must be comfortable taking calls in English. – Training and tools will be provided in English. – Candidates must be EU citizens.
