Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Bilingual Receptionist to join our team at Peace Global Logistics LLC in Tbilisi, Georgia. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Georgian, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong customer service orientation. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate personnel.
Respond to inquiries from clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders promptly and courteously.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrange necessary amenities.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
Fluency in both English and Georgian languages (written and verbal).
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
